Go to the seller registration page, submit your details, and complete any email or account verification steps. Your seller application may be reviewed by the admin team before your dashboard becomes active.
Seller applications may remain under review while admins verify your details, email status, shop information, or compliance requirements. Make sure the information you submitted is correct and complete.
After approval, use your seller dashboard to add a new product. Upload clear photos, enter the product name, price, stock, category, description, and any discount details. Products may require admin approval before going live.
A product may not appear if it is still pending approval, inactive, rejected, missing required details, or linked to a shop currently on pause. Check your product status in your seller dashboard.
Once a buyer places an order, go to your Orders Hub and choose the required dispatch method. Depending on your configured flow, you may need to drop off the item at the warehouse or follow the active fulfillment route allowed on your marketplace.
Warehouse intake means your item has reached the hub and is being received into the system for inspection or next-stage dispatch. Intake usually requires a matching code before the item enters processing.
Seller payouts are based on completed and eligible orders. Funds may be held for a return window before they become available. Once eligible, the balance appears in your finances page, where you can submit a payout request according to the payout schedule.
Total sales and wallet balance are not the same. Some orders may still be in progress, some may still be within the holding period, and some may already have been paid out. Your available wallet normally shows only eligible unpaid earnings.
You can request payout only when you have an eligible balance available in your finances page. If your system uses a set payout day such as Monday, requests can only be made on that day.
Yes. Accounts may be suspended, rejected, or banned for policy violations, fraud, fake products, repeated buyer complaints, misleading listings, or abuse of the payout and order system.
