Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how buyers, sellers, riders, and administrators use the Spenzit platform and its services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, using the marketplace, placing orders, listing products, or accessing Spenzit services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any related platform policies.
2. Platform Roles
Buyers: can browse products, place orders, make payments, and track deliveries or pickups.
Sellers: can register, upload products, manage inventory, process orders, and request payouts.
Riders: may handle approved logistics tasks according to platform rules.
Administrators: supervise approvals, warehouse flow, disputes, operational controls, and payouts.
3. Account Responsibility
Users must provide accurate information during registration and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activities carried out under your account unless proven otherwise through official platform investigation.
4. Product Listings
Sellers must upload only genuine, lawful, and accurately described products. Misleading descriptions, fake pricing, forbidden items, or deceptive media may result in listing removal, suspension, or permanent account restriction.
5. Orders and Fulfillment
Once a buyer places an order and payment is confirmed, the seller is expected to process the order according to platform workflow. Orders may move through warehouse confirmation, inspection, dispatch, delivery, or pickup stages depending on the selected order method.
6. Payments and Escrow
Buyer payments may be held under an escrow-controlled system until the required operational or delivery confirmation stages are completed. Spenzit may delay release of funds in cases involving return periods, disputes, fraud review, or incomplete fulfillment.
7. Seller Payouts
Seller earnings are subject to platform holding periods and payout processing rules. If your marketplace policy states that funds are held for a return window, sellers must wait until those funds become eligible before requesting payout. Payout schedules, such as Monday disbursements, may apply.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes
Buyers may be eligible for returns or complaints based on marketplace policy, product condition, wrong item delivery, or fraud-related concerns. Spenzit reserves the right to investigate any dispute and determine the appropriate operational action, including refund, rejection, or escalation.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in fraud, impersonation, abuse of payment systems, fake orders, delivery manipulation, account misuse, false reviews, or attempts to exploit platform workflows.
Sellers must not ship fake, illegal, harmful, or restricted products.
Riders and staff must not falsify delivery or warehouse confirmations.
10. Suspensions and Enforcement
Spenzit may suspend, restrict, reject, or terminate accounts, products, transactions, withdrawals, or operational access where there is evidence of policy violation, fraud risk, legal exposure, or repeated platform abuse.
11. Limitation of Liability
Spenzit acts as a managed marketplace and logistics platform. While we aim to ensure reliable transactions and operational control, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times and are not liable for indirect losses, external service outages, or unauthorized misuse beyond reasonable control.
12. Policy Updates
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised version.
