Browse products, add the item to your cart, proceed to checkout, select delivery or pickup, and complete payment. Once payment is confirmed, your order enters the processing flow.
Use the Track Order page and enter your order reference. If you are logged in as the buyer, you can also see your order history from your buyer dashboard.
Orders may remain in processing while the seller prepares the item, while warehouse intake is pending, or while the product is being checked before dispatch or pickup.
Warehouse pickup means the buyer will collect the order from the platform hub instead of receiving home delivery. Once the order is ready, the buyer may be required to show a confirmation code before collection.
Returns depend on marketplace policy and the condition of the product. If your order has an issue, contact support quickly and provide your order reference, product details, and the reason for the complaint.
Go to the seller registration page, fill in your business or shop details, verify your account, and wait for admin review. Once approved, your seller dashboard becomes active.
Seller accounts may remain under review while admins confirm the shop information, email verification, account compliance, or other onboarding requirements.
Seller payouts depend on eligible completed orders and the marketplace holding policy. Funds may be held for a return period before becoming available for payout request.
Use the Contact Support page and send your name, email, subject, and message. If your issue concerns an order, include the order reference for faster assistance.
